Reed outlined five “miracles of the Shroud,” beginning with its mysterious image that has baffled scientists for decades. He described the crucifixion and burial sequence, connecting the Shroud’s markings with Jewish burial laws and the geography of Jerusalem. The cloth reveals scourge marks, nail wounds, and the side piercing described in the Gospels.
He also discussed evidence of flowers, coins, and objects imprinted on the cloth, showing that the Shroud records not only Christ’s suffering but also details of His burial. These findings, combined with forensic studies, support its authenticity. Reed further explained how radiation, image negativity, and 3D properties make the Shroud unlike any other artifact.
For Reed, the Shroud is not merely a relic but a document — a physical record proving that Jesus Christ lived, died, and rose again. It bridges faith and science, offering evidence that points directly to the Resurrection.
